Happy Friday friends! I am so happy that the weekend is finally here.  Do you have any fun plans this weekend?  K and I are headed to a large state park about 45 minutes away for a long hike on Saturday morning.  My body longs for these hikes, actually I think my soul does too.  I always feel so refreshed, energized and a calming reset after our long hikes.  I am an outdoors girl for sure.  On our way home from the hike we have plans to stop a local bagel shop that bakes it's own bagels and makes it's own cream cheese.  The vegetable cream cheese has huge chunks of veggies, it's delicious!

I did a little shopping on Monday night with my mom and cannot wait to share the dress I bought at Nordstrom Rack with you guys.  K and I will probably do a little shoot with the dress this weekend.  I also bought this pretty top in pink, the price makes it a steal because it is so pretty on.  I hadn't heard of the brand which makes the top (Elodie) before but now I am intrigued and have added a couple of their items to my cart.  I added this top, this jumpsuit, this dress and this jacket.

This week I changed up my workout routine which has taken a little time to get used too.  This week there was a little heat wave here in Pennsylvania which meant that my afternoon walks with Bella on my lunch break would be short.  She cannot deal with the heat, she's 13 years old and really gets exhausted.  This meant I needed to get up early and take Bella for a longer walk in the morning which didn't leave me time for the gym.  Because we walk briskly I used the walk to supplement my usual cardio.  We walked every morning for an hour and some of it up hill.  Then when I returned home I did a quick 15 minute circuit workout.  I plan on sharing my at home workout soon with photos and all.  The simple workout gives me a good burn and raises my heart rate.  I mainly focus on sumo squats, lunges, donkey kicks, sit-ups and push-ups.  On days that I had a little more time I did a couple core workout moves and incorporated a ten pound weight.  It was a good week and although I miss the gym a little I'd rather give my little girl a fun walk, she deserves it.

Before I ramble on and on about my week, I better close my laptop and get some sleep.  Here are this weeks fun and interesting articles I read
